I ♥ Dresses No. 2

I am off to a wedding soon and have been looking at beautiful and elegant dresses. I am not very elegant but now that I've hit 30 I feel like I should grow up and start wearing nicer clothes and shoes. The dresses below are gorgeous! Don't think that the dress I pick will be a long ball gown but a girl can dream.

I ♥ Travel

Everything has been so busy lately I really feel like a need a nice and relaxing holiday. My girlfriend came round last night to see if we can book a short holiday somewhere soon. There are so many options so we are determined to book it today!

I ♥ Bruges

I was in Bruges last year in May. It was on my list of places to visit for a very long time and it didn't disappoint. The city is "small" (I mean tourist friendly by that) clean and beautiful. Coffee in Bruges is amazing and the views from the canal boat tour is a must! Everything just feels easy, getting lost in the little streets and just looking at beautiful houses... And then of course there is chocolate! Coffee and chocolate and beautiful buildings and a river... What more do you need?

We took a ferry from Dover to Calais and I couldn't believe how quickly we got to Bruges. I think that flying from the UK would be challenging and if you don't suffer from sea sickness ferry is a way to go, cheap (if you book in advance) and simple.

Enjoy the photos and definitely visit if you can.

What a great weekend!

OMG this weekend was amazing! I was actually complaining that it was too hot! Not only did I see a lot of friends but the weather was awesome, I went for walks and even bough a pair of high heels (I never wear them). Can't wait to see what Monday brings...

I ♥ Mugs No.2

Here are some of the cute mugs/cups that I found recently. We have a set in our house that we use when we have guests but we daily use mugs that we collected over the years from the little mug I got in Seoul to a cute little mug that my sister got me.

I love vodka and tequila cups/saucers. I don't think you could ever look classier drinking vodka/tequila...

I ♥ Iceland

I am in love with Iceland!!! We try and go away for a weekend every year for our anniversary. Last year we traveled to Iceland and spent 3 nights in Reykjavik. We spent a day in town visiting galleries, museums and eating the best fish and chips I've ever had. We took a Golden Circle Tour on our second day and visited Blue Lagoon (which is a must) on a third day. You can also visit it on your way to the airport which is very useful, especially if your flight is in the afternoon. Everything is extremely organised and easy in Iceland, it is a tourist paradise!

The reason why we loved it so much it's because it was so different to anywhere else we've been. There is definitely something special about this country.
