I was invited to a family lunch recently but didn't feel like baking so I got:
- pack of strawberries
- 2 packs of 8 small meringues
- large double cream
- 100g icing sugar
- vanilla essence (which I forgot to include in the photo)
- mint from the garden
and made this...
